The new establishment houses, in one side, Julià Travel-Gray Line Spain incoming tourism services in Spain and Portugal and extensions to Morocco –that offer more than 80 multiday tours-, as well as the sale of all the excursions, which represents more than 50 activities with origin in Madrid and more than 50 multiday tours with overnight stays in the capital, for what the brand owns their own transport fleet, Autocares Juliá. From the new office Julià Travel also manages ticket sales for the tourist bus Madrid City Tour, customized tours and itineraries and conventions, meetings and incentive travels, among others.
The office is divided in two floors; the ground floor, with 350 m2, is the information and sales point and includes a corner with experiences with screens and images whereby the visitor can visualize the different activities and itineraries available; the first floor has 250m2 and is designated for the operation and management of the services and products of the brand.
Moreover, Julià Travel has opened a big fixed space in the bus terminal of Plaza de Oriente a few 150 meters from the new office. Now the company counts with 10 docks in the morning and 8 in the afternoon for departures and arrivals of the assigned buses from the different organized tours and excursions. With all of this, the brand has achieved to centralize all their activity in the same area, reversing the customer’s convenience.
