Ethics and Compliance
GRUPO JULIÀ is a group that has been in existence for more than 89 years. Throughout this time, it has become a benchmark not only in Spain, but also worldwide in the global mobility and tourism services sector.
GRUPO JULIÀ has always been a responsible organisation committed to society.
The ethical conduct, values and principles of GRUPO JULIÀ are key to the development of our activity, and these are the essential elements that have helped us to achieve the good reputation we enjoy today.
The main policies that make up our Compliance model are as follows:
Code of Ethics
This establishes the scope of application of the values, the relationship with customers, suppliers and public administrations that are to govern the organisation and which are mandatory.
Compliance Policy
Establishes the set of internal regulations, as well as the bases and principles of Grupo Julià’s criminal compliance management system.
Tax Compliance Policy
It expressly includes the Group’s general commitment to comply with tax regulations in Spain and in the other countries in which the company operates.
Ethics and Whistleblowing Channel
To support our commitment to ethics and transparency, we have established a Whistleblower Channel based on compliance with the Whistleblower Protection Act 2/2023.
This channel provides secure and confidential communication channels for our employees and stakeholders. These channels allow them to raise doubts, make queries and report any irregular or illegal behaviour that contradicts current legislation or our Code of Ethics.
