For the Bus Barcelona City Tour we are looking for an on board informer with the aim of accompanying and assisting our passengers during their journey, following the established procedures.
- Attention to users: Assist passengers who board the bus and those who are at the stops.
- Audio-guide supervision: Ensure the correct functioning of the audio-guides (direct and optional tracks) to guarantee a quality service.
- Incident Management: Attending to complaints, accidents, conflicts and doubts, with the aim of achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation.
- Compliance with procedures: Follow the company’s instructions and procedures before, during and after the service, ensuring the quality of the service.
- Daily closing: Perform the daily closing of the settlements generated during the service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service: Experience in this field will be highly valued.
- Fluent English: Advanced level (C1) essential.
- Communication skills: Communicative and patient person.
- Problem solving: Resolute and proactive person.
- Availability to work in Barcelona or San Sebastian or Granada.
