Details and functions

For the Bus Barcelona City Tour we are looking for an on board informer with the aim of accompanying and assisting our passengers during their journey, following the established procedures.

  • Attention to users: Assist passengers who board the bus and those who are at the stops.
  • Audio-guide supervision: Ensure the correct functioning of the audio-guides (direct and optional tracks) to guarantee a quality service.
  • Incident Management: Attending to complaints, accidents, conflicts and doubts, with the aim of achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation.
  • Compliance with procedures: Follow the company’s instructions and procedures before, during and after the service, ensuring the quality of the service.
  • Daily closing: Perform the daily closing of the settlements generated during the service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service: Experience in this field will be highly valued.
  • Fluent English: Advanced level (C1) essential.
  • Communication skills: Communicative and patient person.
  • Problem solving: Resolute and proactive person.
  • Availability to work in Barcelona or San Sebastian or Granada.
