  • Accounts Receivable Specialist

    En Grupo Juliá buscamos para el departamento de Finanzas sito en HQ en L'Hospitalet de Llobregat un/a Especialista en cuentas a cobrar. En dependencia de la Credit Manager la misión del puesto será mantener saneadas las carteras asignadas y entre sus funciones se encuentran principalmente:

    • Realizar gestiones diarias de recobro de deudas de clientes.
    • Contabilización bancaria de cobros de clientes y aplicación correcta de los mismos
    • Conciliaciones bancarias de la cartera de clientes
    • Presentar reportes diarios, semanales o mensuales de las gestiones realizadas

     Y también:

    • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes pendientes de pago.
    • Efectuar remesas de cobro
    • Archivar los documentos importantes relativos al área
    • Proporcionar listados de cuentas por cobrar a las unidades de negocio
    • Elaborar cuadros comparativos e informes mensuales para su responsable
    • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes morosos o en situación jurídico
    • Monitorizar los pagos oportunos de los clientes y gestionar el aging de las carteras asignadas.

    Perfil deseado:

    Formación a nivel de Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas

    Inglés mínimo B1

    Usuario avanzado de Excel

    6 meses de experiencia en departamento de cobros

  • International Sales Director (he or she)

    The International Sales Director (he or she) reports to Julia Travel Incoming Director. The main purpose of the position is to execute sales & marketing plans to achieve goals, drive business growth and profitability by identifying opportunities while using a consultative sales approach, strategically lead entire sales cycle, including effective lead qualification, proposal, fast response, and closing and drive market presence by identifying and participating in events and activities that increase awareness of the Julia Travel brand.

    Key Accountabilities:

    1. Research

    • Target potential mid-market (> $1M) at both B2B & B2C enviroments.
    • Conduct preliminary research on potential clients to maximize effectiveness of sales process and develop relevant segmentation
    • Analyze target markets and identify prospective business; initiate and own the sales relationship with prospective buyers.
    • Build relationships with travel vendors and existing clients to generate leads and referrals
    • Participate in regular one-on-ones to keep EVP Corporate informed of opportunities and warm leads.

    2.Sales

    • Generate new customer contacts each month to achieve personal sales goals
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish
    • Create and deliver sales proposals each month to achieve personal sales goals
    • Drive the overall value proposition on all opportunities by using selling skills and strong story telling during the sales cycle.
    • Oversee the end-to-end process of the deal, including strategy setting, sales presentations, proposal development, contract negotiations (including financial terms and conditions), and engage leadership team to ensure alignment in each opportunity; as the account relationship owner you will ensure that client satisfaction is met, and the business´ goals are considered.
    • Build and manage a rolling pipeline as defined by leadership strategy with opportunities that will close during the fiscal year.
    • Keep potential clients informed of new products, services and operating changes.
    • Follow up on client contacts with appropriate correspondence and direct mail.
    • Ensure smooth hand off of new business to the Executive Director, Implementation, Operations, and Client Services teams
    • Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.
    • Maintain accurate records and up-to-date client information on all prospects, target accounts, and new clients through the Salesforce CRM tool.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years sales experience in the Travel Industry
    • Attended mayor Travel Trade shows
    • Proven experience in all Travel segments: Tour Series, AdHoc Groups, FIT & MICE
    • University degree education in a related business field preferred
