    En Juliá Travel estamos en búsqueda de personal que en dependencia de la Responsable del Área se encargue de las reservas de tours de los clientes.

    Concretamente las tareas a realizar incluyen, pero no exclusivamente, las siguientes:

    - Gestión de las solicitudes recibidas vía email
    - Introducción de reservas en el programa
    - Envío de confirmaciones, proformas y documentación al cliente 
    - Buscar soluciones y resolver inconvenientes que surjan
    - Mantener informado al sistema y al cliente de cierres de venta
    - Actualización constante de información en el sistema

    La persona adecuada para la posición ha de disponer de:

    - Nivel de inglés B2 - C1: hablado fluido y escrito de forma ágil y correcta
    - Usuario habitual de Office: outlook, excel y word
    - Preferiblemente con experiencia en gestión de reservas turísticas

  • Sales Manager – Tour Operators

    Julià Group is looking for a Sales Manager that depending directly from the Global Sales Director will be responsible for tour operation clients in different countries and to successfully meet the goals of the job will lead a group of people placed in different countries. Although the scope of the work is global, this person will be based in Barcelona.

    Main Job Responsibilities:

    • Updating and owning the sales strategy & sales plan with the Global Sales Director & the General Manager
    • Creating a focus on attracting new business
    • To build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of Tours/Activities sales objectives
    • To work with sales managers to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment (TTOO)
    • To work with management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the segment led
    • To develop and send informative press releases to targeted lists highlighting all activities and promotions
    • Attending and contributing to the monthly sales strategy meeting
    • To ensure company meets or exceeds budgeted goals
    • To set example through professional, friendly attitude towards clients and co-workers, timely response to clients and co-workers needs and observance of sales office standard
    • To lead a global sales team from 4 to 7 persons
    • To recommend monthly activities volume target goals for sales team members
    • To participate in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business
    • To ensure best client service is being made available through communication amongst the team and cross training within the department
    • Maintain and promote a team work environment with effective and clear communication amongst co-workers with a Global vision
    • Responsible for the training of sales managers and staff.

     

     

     

    • Job Requirements:
    • Proficiency in English (Minimum level C1)
    • Spanish minimum intermediate (B2.2)
    • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, related field.
    • Must be able to travel at least 25% of the time abroad
    • At least 5 years of working experience is required for this position
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Barcelona
